- At Least 4 years of Programming experience in Java/ J2ee
- Experience in one or more of the following advance Java Technologies: Hibernate, Struts, Spring, Servlets, JSP, EJB, Ajax.
- Excellent knowledge of Core Java, SQL, OOPS, Design Pattern and Multithreading.
- Experience in leading team.
- Experience with Agile & Test Driven Development
- Good verbal/written communication skills
